Cooking time: 25 minutes

  1. Place noodles in a pot of boiling water and simmer for approximately 5 minutes until soft.
  2. In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, honey, fish sauce and lime juice to make the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken strips to the bowl and cover with the marinade.
  4. Add one tablespoon of rapeseed oil to a pan on medium/high heat.
  5. Add the crushed garlic and stir for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add marinated chicken to the pan.
  7. Add the sliced mushrooms, pepper and beansprouts to the pan.
  8. Stir in the cooked noodles and cook through for approximately 5-8 minutes.
