Cooking time: 25 minutes
- Place noodles in a pot of boiling water and simmer for approximately 5 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, honey, fish sauce and lime juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken strips to the bowl and cover with the marinade.
- Add one tablespoon of rapeseed oil to a pan on medium/high heat.
- Add the crushed garlic and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, pepper and beansprouts to the pan.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and cook through for approximately 5-8 minutes.
