Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- Add oil to a deep pan on medium heat.
- Add broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add garlic and rosemary sprig and stir fry for one 1 minute.
- Add peppers, sundried tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Stir in cooking cream and parmesan.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine sauce with drained pasta and serve.
