Serves 2 persons

Cooking time: 25 minutes

  1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
  2. In a bowl mix the cornflour with 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cold water.
  3. Add the pork and coat with the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce, vinegar and rice wine.
  5. Add oil to a large pan or wok on high heat and fry the chops for about 2 minutes each side.
  6. Add the ginger, garlic and chilli and fry for 30 seconds/
  7. Add the yellow pepper and green beans and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Add water, this will provide a shot of steam.
  9. Add in the soy sauce, vinegar and rice wine mixture and simmer until pork is cooked through.
  10. Serve with rice.
