Cooking time: 25 minutes
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- In a bowl mix the cornflour with 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp cold water.
- Add the pork and coat with the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce, vinegar and rice wine.
- Add oil to a large pan or wok on high heat and fry the chops for about 2 minutes each side.
- Add the ginger, garlic and chilli and fry for 30 seconds/
- Add the yellow pepper and green beans and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add water, this will provide a shot of steam.
- Add in the soy sauce, vinegar and rice wine mixture and simmer until pork is cooked through.
- Serve with rice.
