Cooking time: 40 minutes
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
- Add peeled potatoes to a pot of boiling water and simmer until cooked for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Once cooked drain water from potatoes and mash with milk and butter.
- Combine paprika, smoked paprika and 2 teaspoons of olive oil to make mixture.
- Rub mixture over pork, cover with kitchen foil and place in oven for 30 - 40 minutes until cooked through.
- Put remaining oil into a pan, add crushed garlic and green beans. Sauté until tender.
- Take pork out of oven, slice and serve with the mashed potatoes.
