Cooking time: 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 180°. Lightly grease 9×5-inch bread tin and set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined. Pour batter into prepared bread tin. (Garnish the top of the batter with sliced banana, if desired) Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. (Some ovens may require it to be baked for longer)
- Let the banana bread cool completely in the bread tin.
