Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Whisk the soya sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
- Add the steak and toss with the mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Using a spiral slicer cut the courgette into noodles. Alternatively you can use a peeler.
- Lay on a layer of paper towels and sprinkle on the salt. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok and add the onions and pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the beef. Stir and cook until browned and add the Courgette noodles.
- Stir and cook until beef is cooked through and noodles are hot.
