Ginger Beef Noodles

Serves 4 persons

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  1. Whisk the soya sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl.
  2. Add the steak and toss with the mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Using a spiral slicer cut the courgette into noodles. Alternatively you can use a peeler.
  4. Lay on a layer of paper towels and sprinkle on the salt. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and add the onions and pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add the beef.  Stir and cook until browned and add the Courgette noodles.
  7. Stir and cook until beef is cooked through and noodles are hot.
