Chorizo Scramble

Serves 2 persons

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  1. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  2. Cooked the chorizo in the pan until browned a little.
  3. Whisk eggs together in a bowl and add to the chorizo in the pan.
  4. Keep stirring as the eggs cooks and remove from the heat when at your desired consistency.
  5. Serve immediately with some toasted sourdough.
