Cooking time: 40 minutes

  1. Place wholegrain rice in a pot of boiling water and cook for approximatley 40 minutes until soft.
  2. In a bowl combine the beef stock, peanut butter, soy sauce and hot sauce to make satay sauce.
  3. Add beef along with satay sauce to a hot pan along with bean sprouts, chopped red pepper and chopped onion.
  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender and serve with the wholegrain rice.
