Serves 4 persons

Cooking time: 45 minutes

  1. Place oats, baking powder, oil and yogurt in the mixing bowl.
  2. Add some of your favourite mixed nuts or seeds at this point too and stir thoroughly.
  3. Place in a lined loaf tin.
  4. Cook at 180°C or a little higher and lower halfway through.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the tin, turn upside down and cook for remaining 10 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool on a wire tray, wrapped in a clean tea towel.
