Strawberry Goats Cheese Salad

Serves 4 persons

Cooking time: 5 minutes

  1. To make the dressing put the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt into a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Dress the rocket and divided between two bowls.
  3. Arrange the strawberries and goat’s cheese around the rocket and sprinkle over the pecan nuts.
