Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Add the almond milk and porridge oats to a saucepan and begin to cook over a medium heat until the oats start to soften.
- In a separate bowl whisk the eggs whites together.
- Remove the porridge from the heat and carefully stir the egg whites through making sure they are well distributed and there are no lumps.
- Place the saucepan back on the heat and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve this protein packed breakfast with berries and greek yogurt or for a sweeter version add some honey and sliced banana.
