Protein Porridge

Serves 1 person

Cooking time: 10 minutes

  1. Add the almond milk and porridge oats to a saucepan and begin to cook over a medium heat until the oats start to soften.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs whites together.
  3. Remove the porridge from the heat and carefully stir the egg whites through making sure they are well distributed and there are no lumps.
  4. Place the saucepan back on the heat and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Serve this protein packed breakfast with berries and greek yogurt or for a sweeter version add some honey and sliced banana.
